LIFT AWAY SPIDER TOW TRUCK

Timak Spider Tow truck is used for loading, transportation and unloading of illegally parked or broken-down cars, SUV and smaller trucks. The lifting system consists of hydraulic crane, towing fork, lifting cross, hydraulic installation and electrical winch.

STANDARD FEATURES

LIFT-AWAY vehicles consist of the following main sections.

B-Lifting crane section

C-Glasses

D-H frame and wheel holder section

A-PLATFORM

1-Platform made of standard profiles and materials.

2-Tool cabinet and spare wheel place made in suitable parts of the platform.

3-Projector that will allow night work on the platform.

4-Phosphorus plaques and labels on the back and sides of the platform.

5- Easy-to-remove and mountable wedges placed in order to fix the vehicles carried on the platform.

B-LIFT CRANE

1-Tower rotation angle is 360º(±180º)

2-Booms made of high-strength, flexible imported steel.

3- 360 degree rotating gear group mechanism.

4-Horizontal-vertical feet with hydraulic opening at the front and vertical feet at the rear.

5-Crane control system that can be used from both directions.

6-Safety valves that lock the system in case of hose leaks and pipe bursts.

7-Hydraulic installation carried by a hose drum up to the telescopic boom.

8-The ability to lift a vehicle from the rear according to the carrier vehicle model.

C-GLASSES

1-A hydraulic goggle system that will lift the vehicles from the front wheels at the rear of the platform.

2-Glasses control system made with hydro-mechanical arms from the right and rear side of the vehicle.

3-Glasses assembly that folds under the vehicle when not in use.

D-H FRAME AND WHEEL HOLDERS

1-H-shaped and standard profile frame.

2-Hydraulically working balancing system in the middle of the frame.

3- Imported belts, each with a capacity of 1 ton, at the four ends of the frame.

4- Universal type, wheel holders designed to grip different diameters of automobile tires
